Cancellation Policy Information

In fairness to all of our clients and their schedules, our clinic has had to implement a cancellation protocol for appointments. We now require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or to rebook your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or to not come for your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $66.00 charged to your account. There will also be a $100.00 cancellation fee for any missed appointments for booked surgical procedures.

We hope this policy will help to service all of our clients better, and will allow them to have proper access to our services while respecting everyone’s schedules.

We also wanted to let our clients know that with the gradual re-opening of businesses in the province, we will unfortunately not be changing our current COVID 19 protocol. We will continue to offer telemedicine and curb-side medicine in an effort to ensure the safety and health of our staff, and our clients. We will keep all of you posted on this and any changes that may occur to our current policy.
