Re-Opening

 

Dear Clients,

Our team has been discussing when we are going to start the gradual re-opening of our hospital. Ideally, we would like this to happen sooner rather than later, however the recent Omicron variant has forced us to delay our re-opening. The safety and well-being of our staff and clients has been the most important factor throughout this pandemic, and we feel it is in everyone’s best interest that we continue curbside medicine until we know the impact that this variant will have on the population. COVID restrictions are still in place, encouraging social distancing and restrictions on the number of people within a closed environment. As a result, we will not be changing the appointment protocol as of yet. Our team will review the situation after the holiday season.

Please note we have resumed all routine surgeries and appointments. Please contact the clinic via email, phone or text us through our new texting app that will be available very soon, (please watch your email for further updates about our texting app). Curbside protocol will remain the same, call the clinic when you arrive and wait in your vehicle for the Veterinarian to call you to discuss your pet’s appointment. It is important that you do not come to the clinic if you are not feeling well or if you have been in contact with anyone that has recently travelled or that may have been exposed to COVID.

Credit card, debit and e-transfer are the ONLY forms or payment being accepted at this time.
All food and medication orders can be placed via phone, email and texting (once our app is available) and of course, our webstore is available for all of your pet’s food and supplies. Clinic hours will remain the same Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

We miss seeing all of you and cannot wait until we are all practicing medicine in person again. We are all staying vigilant and abiding by the province’s recommendations, in an effort to finally move past this pandemic safely.
